Introduction:

Himark Group of Companies is a promising and leading company of Pakistan, in the field of Tourism,
Trade, Aviation, Commercial Exhibition and Construction.
It was initially established as a construction company in 1975. Later the company became involved in
business of Travel & Tourism in 1978 and grew as an efficient company in a very short span of time.

In 1992, the company started Tourist Chartered Flights for Central Independent States and open offices in
Islamabad, Karachi(Pakistan), Tashkent (Uzbekistan), Almaty (Kazakhstan), and Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan),
and gained recognition for its efforts and become a role model in Tourism and Aviation.

Achievements / Services:

Tourism:        In Tourism the company deals in ticketing, facilitation for tourist visa and services related to
tourism. We are the best in providing services for Malaysia and C.I.S Countries intended journey. We also
arrange for ground handling crew, cargo handling as well as acquisition of Civil Aviation Authority. The
company has facilitated nearly 200,000 tourists from abroad and received about 400 chartered flights in
Karachi.

The Group has submitted two proposals for the development of tourism to the Federal & Provincial Ministry
of Tourism. In 1984 we had escorted about 105 Pakistani Pilgrims in 3 buses to Iran, turkey & Syria.

Aviation:         The Group has an excellent track record in the Services related to Aviation. We propose to
the Government of Pakistan to start a Helicopter service to the Northern Areas of Pakistan. The
Government has appreciated the idea and we are in contact with the Government of Ukraine and Russian
Companies to have the Helicopters for this purpose. But due to the present situation, it is suspended and
awaiting normal coming situation. We feel that there is a need of special chartered flights within Pakistan
and beyond. We are confident in our capacity to manage and handle all these flights due to our past
experiences in the aviation field.

Trading & Exhibitions:
We deals in Export and Import. We are currently importing and trading Borneo Herbal Tea of Malaysia in
Pakistan, Afghanistan and C.I.S States. We are the sole agent for Borneo Herbal Tea in Pakistan. Borneo
Herbal Tea “Orthosiphon Staminues Benth” which is a alternative medicine for various ailments and has
been consumed in South East Asia and all over the World.

Construction:
The company has a vast experience of constructing buildings, We have already submitted some housing
projects for approval to the Ministry of Housing and Works and awaiting for the response.
