It is a highly successful large body helicopter, which can carry up to 24 passengers and 04 Tons of Cargo. We are ensured delivering of the helicopter as and when our preparations are in place. Copies of the technical specifications of the helicopter are enclosed. HELP WE NEED FROM YOUR Ministry Allocation of C.D.A. land for helicopter and associated facilities in Islamabad. Permission for aero space use from concerned departments. The land we need from CDA is for infrastructure development, including helipad, sites offices, maintenance workshop, hanger, parts store, waiting hall for tourist, accommodation for crew and staff, teashop etc. Our plan is not limited to Northern Areas or to engage one helicopter only. It is an expanding program and at a later stage we will extend the facility to Swat, Dir, Chitral, Cholistan, Moenjodaro, Pasni, Gwadar and other locations. There is possibility to lease 3 to 4 helicopter to spreads our services to different location in the country. Hence, when we look for land, we have to keep out future development requirement in sight. For this reason we would need minimum of 20 to 30 Canals of Land to develop a facility of International Standard. We are very optimistic that the project is feasible and very much a need of the country. The helicopter could be used in case of natural calamity for itself for relief and rescue operations, fire fighting, humanitarian relief operations etc. We request you Madam, once more to sponsor and promote us in our endeavor. We wish to see "Visit Pakistan Year" an outstanding success. We feel obliged to take advantage of this opportunity and make our contribution to the cause of tourism in Pakistan. Honorable Minister, you have yourself declared the year 2007 "Visit Pakistan Year” and quite rightly so. The country has all the potentials to develop as a major tourist destination. Our cultural heritage, archeological treasures, historical sites, religious monuments, mountains peaks, lush green valleys, rivers, deserts, sandy beaches, and above all hospitable people are valuable assets to promote Pakistan as a year round, four seasons, tourist attraction. We have more to offer to the tourist then most of other countries. Yet, we stand nowhere when it comes to attracting tourist- The much-needed foreign exchange, which can earn through tourism is in itself a huge incentive, but remains unrealized. The soft image, which our government is keen to portray to the world, is also harmed through our inability to cash our tourism prospects. It is unfortunate that successive government failed to deliver on their policies and plans for tourism. We, very much hope, that this time it would be different. Booting tourism requires government encouragement of the private sector in the business of tourism, a sort of private sector, government cooperation. We have chalked out a well thought program to make our contribution to tourism. We, look forward to your patronage and helps in our efforts as a common cause. |
